System Requirements:

• Intiface Server Required: You must run an Intiface server on your own device to enable device connectivity
• Browser Compatibility: The Service works with Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (such as Edge). Safari is not supported
• Device Compatibility: Compatible with any device that works with the Intiface protocol
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your own Intiface server installation

4. User Accounts and Credits

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account and purchase credits:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Credits are required to use AI-powered features
• Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Unused credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Technical Requirements:

• Intiface Server: You must install and run an Intiface server on your own device
• Device Compatibility: Any device supported by Intiface is compatible with our Service
• Browser Requirements: Chrome or Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, etc.) - Safari is not supported
• Network Connection: Stable internet connection required for AI functionality

Safety and Responsibility:

• You are responsible for ensuring device compatibility before use
• You assume all risks associated with device usage
• We are not responsible for device malfunctions or safety issues
• Always follow device manufacturer safety guidelines
• Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort or device issues
• You are solely responsible for setting up and maintaining your Intiface server
• We provide no technical support for Intiface server installation or configuration

7. Payments and Billing

Credit purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for credit purchases
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sayit.love and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Users who violate OpenAI's usage policies may face account restrictions

12. Custom Prompts and Community Sharing

The Service allows users to create and share custom prompts with the community. By using this feature, you agree to the following guidelines:

• Doxxing and harassment: Prompts must not be used to reveal personal information, harass, stalk, or harm other individuals
• Commercial promotion: Custom prompts should not be used for advertising, self-promotion, or commercial purposes
• Illegal activities: Prompts that encourage or facilitate illegal activities are strictly prohibited
• Harmful content: No prompts that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination

User Responsibilities:

• Content ownership: You are solely responsible for all custom prompts you create and share
• Privacy protection: You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not contain personal information you do not wish to share
• Community standards: Shared prompts must be appropriate for the adult community and comply with these Terms
• Legal compliance: You must ensure your custom prompts comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Platform Disclaimers:

• We do not review or approve custom prompts before they are shared
• We are not responsible for any personal information users accidentally include in their prompts
• Users share prompts at their own risk and discretion
• We reserve the right to remove any custom prompts that violate these Terms
• Community-shared prompts reflect the views of their creators, not of Sayit.love

Reporting: If you encounter custom prompts that violate these guidelines, please report them through our support channels. We will review reported content and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and restricting the user's account.
